Today I worked on a mix of Tome of Beasts creatures as well as a creature I need for my Out of the Abyss campaign!

Bone Swarm - this was a fun model to put together but boy it was a mess to make presupported for resin lol. This is another one that I think would look solid in FDM too give bones don't need to look perfect to get the point across thanks to dry brushing. I'd print it with the "limbs" facing skyward and supports only on the back of it. As for resin users the presupported file is below as always :)

Ixitxachitl - this creepy bloodthirsty manta ray like creature is a nasty swarmer that'll be unleashed on my players... at some point. Not our next game... nope. Either way I updated this model and then made two versions. One that you just print flat that's pretty easy to pull off on FDM and a standing version that is more resin friendly. I'm printing both just in case I need lots in the near future... not that's happening though :P

My takes on the Ixitxachitl is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Fan Content Policy. Not approved/endorsed by Wizards. Portions of the materials used are property of Wizards of the Coast. ©Wizards of the Coast LLC.

I'm working on other models today but they won't be ready til tomorrow. I hope you like these! Take care and I'll have more ready soon :D

When your players get to Sloobludop, you're going to need a LOT of ixitachitl. A lot. Like mid-double-digits a lot.

That Bone Swarm mini is just what we need for our Curse of Strahd campaign. Well done!
