City Canal, Expert (Patreon)

Hello Experts and Masters, this week's map is the City Canal (30x30)! Little rivers and canals are a popular addition to fantasy cities as they make them feel much more magical, and while this map won't line up well with any of my other city maps it will be a fun encounter. 

Your alternate versions for this one are Necrotic and Sunset, handy additions for both X-treme settings and realistic ones. I really like the Necrotic version as a nice one to have on hand for particularly grim worlds, for places where the rivers running a caustic green is catastrophic but not deathly for the people who (for some reason) still choose to live nearby. Obviously, this type of of alternate version is inspired by WoW's Undercity, with its rivers of green sludge flowing throughout, which I love as a fun fantasy twist.
