I thought you might've guessed the twist ending when they hinted at it earlier, saying the real murderer disappeared years ago, glad you didn't though as it was a great reaction! That's interesting what you said about David Jason's convincing performance as an old man, because when he went to audition for Only Fools, John Sullivan assumed he wanted the role of Grandad.

One of my favourite episodes and a great reaction lol. I'm glad you didn't guess the ending :) I agree, David Jason was so good at playing an old man, it's mad to think this was before he was Del Boy. Thanks Josh.

Lol the ending was so great, totally caught me off guard. That is wild he seems younger in the first few seasons of OFaH.

Ronnie Barker who plays the main character Norman Stanley Fletcher in Porridge, is also the main star in 'Open All Hours'... It's well worth putting Open All Hours on the list if it's not already planned to be put on a vote as although the story lines are not quite as strong as Porridge, I actually find it funnier and there's more one liners... David Jason is brilliant in Open All Hours as his assistant and main co-actor in it... It would be a good show to follow up with.

This was always my favourite episode. Love the moment when Barraclough sees his forged signature and thinks he must have written it. But that ending, I was waiting the whole episode to see your reaction. Glad you appreciated it as much as you did. Top reaction bud.
