Kazutora told Takemichi that Shiba Hakkai killed the last leader of the Black Dragon for money so unless someone else becomes the leader after Taiju Hakkai is basically gonna kill his brother at some point. That's probably gonna be Takemichi's next step, preventing Hakkai from killing his brother.

Like kids/teens go through this shit regularly and sometimes it’s unavoidable because you think that new friend you met in high school is really trying to build a friendship with you by inviting you over to the crib vice versa when you go over and get involved in whatever gang yo homie in and get into it with others.
