Thing about spoilers when it comes to the Fate series is that ... The Fate series is a Multiverse where everything is canon based on what the series is doing at the time. Some people's theories may be true but the current anime will never, ever explain it to you or it'll throw a hint but never follow it up and just expect you to think about it in the long run when you move on to a different Fate series that takes place in a different universe.

That's somewhat different than I've usually seen such a Conceptual Attack done. Usually it's "the hit happens before the attack is executed" type of shit (thus literally impossible to dodge, since the result happens before the action itself happens)
