Week 9 now available for Mid-Carders (and update) (Patreon)

I've already sent out the links for Week 9 to the Mid-Carders, soooo... yeah. As for progress, the first segment is done and dusted. But here's the thing...

It's not actually going to be the first segment of Week 10. I mentioned doing a poll and that I was going to wait because part of it would require the discussion of Week 9 spoilers. Well... that's not going to be a thing anymore. I'm still going to do a poll, and it will go up shortly after I post this, but one of the things the poll was going to cover I've made a decision on myself.

The poll will now be about how I release episodes going forward. That will all be covered in the poll itself, so I won't go into details here. The poll will, however, be open to ALL patrons/subscribers this time. I want as much input on this as possible since it will be affecting everyone.

For those at Fan-Favorite and higher, I know polls have been kinda slim the last month or so, and they may continue to be, but that is for the most part because season one is drawing to a close, so I need certain outcomes to happen in matches. I'll try to get at least a couple together for Week 10, but I'm not sure what they will be. That's one of the reasons that none of the recent one-offs have been public releases, and also part of the reason I wanted to implement the early access thing.

Anyway, back to why the segment I've completed won't be the first segment of Week 10. I've decided that the next release is going to effectively be Week 9.5. It will technically be a "one-off" I guess, but it will be more substantial and it will be available to everyone (still using early access staggered releases) because it will be covering some stuff that is important to the story (insomuch as anything I write is actually "important" to the "story").

It will pick up immediately where Week 9 ends, and will mostly just follow that story beat up to the start of Week 10. It won't be a full length episode by any means, but at the same time it will probably be quite a bit longer than a normal one-off. It will definitely have it's share of bewbs, but also quite a bit of "day in the life of" kind of stuff, and plenty of talky-talky.

My initial thought was to roll it into Week 10, but I would have either have had to have Week 10 be waaaay longer than a normal episode, or I would have had to pare down the stuff centered around those characters, and I thought it might be nice to just kinda slow down for a minute and spend some time outside of the arena getting to know people better, and also spend time inside the arena, but more everyday behind-the-scenes kind of things that you just assume are happening.
