Progress Report - Monday, January 10, 2022 (Patreon)

Hello, everyone!

As I alluded to in my last Progress Report, I am now officially spending a few weeks with my family. Expect the next few Progress Reports to be leaner than usual.

That being said, a few things worth discussing:

Elizabeth video! It's now up and available to the public. Doesn't really mean anything to anyone reading this (except for you filthy pirates who read leaked Patreon posts, of course), but yeah. It's up now. Just so happened to coincide with this week's Progress Report.

On-stream projects! We have two major on-stream projects going so far, a Pharah/Symmetra project, and a Claire/Jill project. Both are making exceptional progress.

The Pharah/Symmetra project is almost ready for final render. Our last stream saw us finish the last of the lip-sync, meaning all that's left is body-language and detail animation. We can probably get that done in two streams, then it'll be a stream for editing and it should be done!

The Claire/Jill project is being guest-directed by fellow Patron Dr Javi. It's currently just shy of 7 minutes of runtime, and it's probably got a healthy few minutes left in it. It's definitely a bit different, tonally, that what I normally make. But it's been great fun putting it together on stream, and I think Javi's been having fun sitting in the director's chair. I think it's helping give him (and the stream-watchers) a nice glimpse into all of the minutiae that goes into directing. It's one thing to say "And then they fuck." It's quite another to say how they fuck, where they fuck, how quickly they fuck, in what position they fuck, on what furniture they fuck, in what lighting they fuck, etc, etc, etc.

Blog posts! I made a technical blog post about SFM render settings the other day. I will be putting together a big blog post over the next few days, addressing 2021 in review, 2022 in future, and a lot of questions I've been fielding. If you have any questions you'd like to see me address, please share them either as a comment or a private message!

Tools! I've been writing some tools, to make it easier for me to share storyboard videos and text work-in-progress like the Overbreed WIPs with you all. Should make it much less prohibitive for me to do exactly that in the future.

Guides! In addition to a big blog post I intend to write in the next few days, I am also slowly putting together a comprehensive video on getting models into the Source Filmmaker. That will likely take me a few months, but it's off to a very snarky start. I think the more technically-minded of you will find it amusing, even if you never have personal interest in fucking with Source Filmmaker asset creation.

Overbreed! A tiny bit of progress has been made, but not much. I suspect that's going to be the general story while I am with family.

Witcher ladies! They're all in Source now. Ciri's outfit has almost been finished and fully lewded. Triss and Yennefer have yet to have their outfits started.

Mini-Vids! I've got more mini-vids in the pipeline. As I've said in the past, they are designed to be a content drip to keep people sated while I work on big projects like Overbreed. The next mini-vid will be everyone's favorite medic-cum-virologist Rebecca Chambers casually enjoying some triple anal.

After that, things are a bit more ambiguous as I work to put together the next batch. I put them together in groups of 3, so that I only need to put focus on them every few months. It's about time to start putting together the next batch.

As this post's image might suggest, Lulu having some tentacle fun is one-such minivid. Unfortunately, the gif is not suggesting all those positions will be used. Indeed, only one will be used - and I don't know which one! I put a bunch together, so I can see how they look, and figure out some way to poll my audiences and see what poses they like. My web developer and I are figuring out the best way to make that happen.

Beyond that, I also have mini-vid of Harley in the pipe. It's resurrecting the old Holes in the Wall idea, featuring Harley just having the night of her life in a gloryhole. Unlike the aforementioned Lulu project, it's actually just about done with phase 1 production. I need to finalize the writing, then get a voice for Harley and get audio recorded for it.

Those are the only two that I actively have thoughts for, though. I need to sit down and figure out mini-vids for more IPs and characters. I am trying to go through and do one mini-vid of each IP, before I start doubling back to existing IPs. Spread the love out, as it were. Here are my thoughts so far, and what their hang-ups are in preproduction:

Borderlands; Gaige - Definitely going to have her getting piston-pounded by Deathtrap, under the context of retooling her robot companion under commission from Moxxi, in a bid to bring in business via an explicit show. Just need to build a Gaige model, figure out how to kit Deathtrap for the role, and figure out the specifics.

Dragon Age; Leliana - Not sure exactly what I want to do with my Rope Queen. Have a few ideas floating around, from her wildly misinterpreting an awkwardly-swooning Cassandra's request for advice on romancing qunari to giving Cassandra a very explicit demonstration on how to handle being spitroasted by qunari, to her and the cinnamon roll that is Josephine partaking in a kinky orgy in an Orlesian palace's Red Room. Need to decide on something, then make the relevant assets for it.

Dead or Alive - I have virtually nothing figured out. But it's an IP I like to work in, so I'd like to figure something out. Don't even know if I'd want to do something DOAFantasy, or with canon characters.

Frozen; Anna and/or Elsa - I say "and/or", because I want to keep these mini-vids simple, all things being equal. Only a single character talking makes things much easier on me. The above Leliana ideas complicate that, but that's just the way things fall out. I might end up doing neither of those ideas, after all. I really don't know what to do with the Frozen ladies, because they are so tightly tied together, but can't play with each other for Patreon-friendly reasons. Which means either only focusing on one of them, or making a hopelessly complicated situation where they're both playing independently. It's a right headache.

Overwatch - I have no idea if I want to do an Overwatch mini-vid, since I am working on a major Overwatch project. Throw in the Pharah/Symmetra project that will be completely in the following month or so, and the DVa Does December project I did last month, and frankly that's a lot of Overwatch. But if an idea pops out, I won't say "no" to it on principle.

Valve; Zoey, Chell, and/or Alyx - I'm not really sure if I want to group Valve's various vixens (heu) into a single "IP", or consider them independently. Doing something with Chell would be interesting, especially writing a project keeping her mute. I've long played with the idea of Chell playing with a "lust core," as well as some more extreme ideas like her finding and becoming obsessed with porn and ultimately using Aperture technology to bimbofy herself. The latter would need a lot of work to fit into a mini-vid, but it is an idea I've sat on since 2016. Zoey being rode like the village bicycle in the name of repopulating the planet post-infection is a pretty self-evident story. And Alyx... There's potential for a lot of more esoteric ideas with Alyx.

Witcher; Ciri, Triss, and/or Yennefer - I've got fairly diversified personalities for all three of the main Witcher ladies, all wrapped around a singular large project idea I've been hammering out for the past few months. To the point it's kind of difficult to pluck one character out for one small exploration. I don't really have anything specific in mind there.

And then just for completion, here are the existing IPs and characters that have already been done, or are in the process of being done:

> Mass Effect, Femshep

> Resident Evil, Rebecca

If people can think of IPs and characters I haven't considered yet, and pitch some interesting mini-vid ideas for them, please feel free to suggest them here. I can't guarantee anything will come of them, but you never know!
