After spending nearly 3 solid months, the second episode of Rabbit.Hole is finally here! I hope you all enjoy, and consider it to be have been worth the wait.

As you can tell above, there are a few bonus segments provided. I don't normally do this, but this wasn't a normal production cycle.

For the montage, there was about a month's worth of preproduction that went into this (most of May). I spent a solid week putting together everything for the montage, only for it to just end up not working and getting cut. Luckily, the montage wasn't critical to the narrative - its primary goal was to flesh out the world and express just how famous D.Va really is, and what a day in the life of her tour is like for her - and demonstrate how, try as she might, she can't get the FuckBuddy app off her mind.

Believe it or not, the montage version I've provided here is actually the best version. There were 3 previous attempts that were even more of a slog. But after spending 2 full days trying to salvage the montage in the edit, I finally decided to cut it. In the end, I think it was the right decision, even if I did lose all of that world- and character-building (to say nothing of the work lost).

In contrast, the pussy throb is a much less significant cut. In a nutshell, my plan was to show her pussy throbbing under her suit when the Fan first grabs her butt, to signify that - in an unexpected surprise to her - she's turned on by having her big butt played with.

I cut it because it causes whiplash, though - jumping from her ass, to her face, to her ass, to her face again, all in the span of 5 seconds. I decided extending the sequence out wasn't worth the effort of having to get audio re-recorded and then stitching the recordings together, and so I just decided to scrap it altogether.

This idea will be recycled into Episode 3 (which, as the credits say at the end, is planned for Quarter 1 2020, so expect it March 31 2020). Episode 3 was always going to be the ass-worship episode anyways, so it will fit right in - I just wanted to foreshadow it in Episode 2, much like how Episode 1 foreshadows it (with the projection "making her butt big").

All in all, neither of these are big losses.

The sound design cut is just something fun I felt like sharing. This is the footage that my sound designer had to deal with, though I put in the final audio so that people don't get smarmy and try to rip the unedited voice lines for their own work (if you're thinking of doing that, just go pay Silky to moan for you! Trust me, not only will it sound better, but she loves working on this stuff!)

The sound design cut was handed off to my sound designer on July 4 (wasn't quite the firework show he was expecting). So all of the changes in animation and lighting that you see between it and the final product were done in the past 2 weeks.

Please feel free to compare the two side-by-side, and see just how much some shots changed (and just how little others changed). I think it helps put into perspective where things end up, when you see where they began.

As a final word, the public release will be on July 25. That means that the early-access is technically only 4.5ish days, rather than 5, but I was planning to release last night. I was just too tired by the time the video rendered out - and then it took me an additional 6 hours today just to put everything together for the release.

As a reminder, the August short with Ashley has been postponed indefinitely. October will see Silky return as I begin work on the Burial at Sea Elizabeth video, which will serve as the pilot episode of a potential series. Much like Miscellaneous Expenses before it, if it is well-received, then I will schedule out the next episode to be made in 2020. And, again like Miscellaneous Expenses before it, if it is met with mediocre-or-worse reaction, then I'll shelf the series idea and find something else to make in its place next year.
