Rabbit.Hole Ep1 - Progress Report 1 [Voice Reveal] (Patreon)

Hello, everyone! It's time for the first progress report!

To start things off, I decided to jump right out the gate with a voice reveal, showing off SilkyMilk as D.Va. Obviously, the gfycat doesn't have sound, so I uploaded the video for direct streaming.

Also obviously, this is very early work-in-progress. I am just going to lay out the general process for this. An 'X' means it is done, and an 'O' means it is what I am currently working on.

As you might have noticed, I actually have all of Silky's audio already done! This is the earliest I've managed to get all of the voice audio for a project, which is a good thing, because I'm always trying to improve the logistics of my workflow and get things done as efficiently as possible.

Similarly, I am trying to get the project to Tonedeaf Lewdness so that he can sound-design as early as possible. Radio Silence took him about 2 weeks to do, and I am using that as a baseline. My hope is to get the project to him the 15th. Getting it to him so early, combined with how much simpler this project's soundscape is compared to Radio Silence, leaves me optimistic that he'll have it all ready before the end of the month.

The really nice thing about drafting the sound design off to someone else is it grants me parallelism: while Tonedeaf works on adding the Foley and what-not to the project, I can continue furthering the project's animation.

That's where I am right now, and where I'm going. With any luck, I will achieve my goal of having the whole project blocked out by the 15th. We'll all find out by the 17th, which is next Friday.
