This story is more semi planned out.  But giving people opportunity to name/create a few characters.  But I'll give info on the characters.  For what people would want to develop a character name, species.

1.  Poke'mon trainer of the Mistress before she's the Mistress (Guy preferred, mean owner)
2. Mob Boss of an illegal poke'mon battle rings, and runs a major casino on the jungle island paradise.

3. Female friend of what will be the Mistress, local friend to her, tries to give support to her dire position.

4. Corrupt police officer who overlooks the seedy underbelly.

5. Newbie police officer who wants to clean up things, who is the corrupt officer's partner.
