Alexia

she answered her friend's phone before going to the first shady meetup thing, NOT her own phone. that's why she's not speaking to the person on the phone

Jerome

Thanks for the movie reaction.

What will it take for you to React to dark on Netflix. I pay that amount.

Sonicluis

Thanks all I needed to know what that it’s was a realist show and that there was a chance it was coming it the future.

1:45:38 I think Hollywood glamorizes everything, it’s the reason why so many film messages/lessons go over our heads because we get distracted by the eye candy. Korean movies are more realistic, however this is also a very serious topic in that country (filmed without consent /extortion) I think the screen writer wanted us to see how dark, real and how evil things can get. In particular sex trafficking of women etc. They will not be dolled up at all because it would pull you from the reality and message they are trying to convey . These women are objects that get traded, used, sold and discarded. All for profit. I loved the movie and your reaction as well. 🙏🙏🙏

32.45 First time I saw Kim Ji-Hoon (actor playing the bad guy) was in "Hate to Love you", and he wasn't a villain or bad guy. I was totally caught off guard the next time I saw him in a drama😅

If your doing more Korean Movies, I recommend The Witch Part 1 The Subversion. I think it tends to do well on YouTube. There are multiple reactions to it with 100k+ views. I also think you guys will like it because it has recognizable cast from what you guys have seen. Kim Dami- ( Yi-Seo, Itaewon Class) Choi Woo-shik- ( The Son in Parasite and baseball player in Train to Busan) Park Hee-Soon- ( Choi Mu-Jin, My Name) Go Min-Si- ( Ballerina/ rude girl, Sweet Home )

Lol. I can tell Director wasn’t getting what i was asking and this is the answer. The movie didn’t want to GLAMORIZE. it and have an audience escape into fantasy. Yessss Even myself who normal LOVES villains was unable to do so in the movie. None of the villains were likeable, it was REAL, it was horrible. Thank you for understanding. Some times movies (kdrams do this) make the villains have the coolest lines, and everyone is caked with make up and you cant take the movie too seriously.

15:51 yall delving into the great Mint Choco debate of 2020 in SK they still not over lmao 😆 Mint Choco lover here lol

Nah but this was such a pretty movie. The lighting, the match cuts, the transitions...very aesthetic and modern. I appreciate the rawness and the straightforward story telling. If you liked this movie, I do believe you would like the movie Burning starring Yoo Ah In, Steven Yeun, Jeon Jongseo[Ballerina female lead]. One of Steven's few all Korean cinematic movies. Very gritty, very indie, very dark. I wanna say this is Jeon Jong-seo's first big role.
