lupa ain’t never worked in a kitchen cuz there’s a lot like that still make fire ass food lol, that’s one of the main points of this show kitchens and cooking are stressful and take so much out of you but you go back cuz u love it.

Not trying to be too much of a hater, but I wish more people would just let them react and naturally have their opinions change the way the creators intend as they watch. You are meant to feel the way they feel when watching this part of the story. This kind of comment is a pretty mild spoiler all things considered, but it's like a compulsion some commenters have to correct them with foresight.

except…she didn’t? she very specifically said she didn’t want to be in a hierarchical system that would make everyone resent her, carmy put that on her. and yeah, she has ambition, but the shop is a personal place for her — she gave him a proposal notebook, she didn’t say “here’s what we’re gonna do, get with the program” she’s a professional in a family owned shop; she’s going to be stuck in a professional routine, just like carmy. as it should be to some extent, not using proper kitchen terms in a busy place gets you stabbed or burned or with a plate of food all over your clothes lmao.

I'm loving the show so far, yet it stresses me the fuck out at the same time, especially some of these characters (Especially Tina!) I need to pause every now and then cause it gets me heated, especially since I work at a restaurant too, but thank god not one like this lol. Can't wait for that character development cause goddamn!

you can't use the word objective in a subjective opinion, because you thinking they would change it for the worse is subjective itself. that's YOUR opinion. if anything, the only hope we have are the new generations because the old ones failed to accomplish anything for longevity because they were too focused on selfishly funding their own american dreams. now its up to us and the ones after to try to make a difference otherwise we as going to be stuck in this same loop for eternity. thats MY subjective opinion.

The forkening and the needle poking are both wild yet understandable. If you reach a breaking point where booby traps are necessary you have been pushed too far! I liked Tina at first I thought she was the hard on outside soft inside type but maybe not we'll see. This episode she was doing way too much for real there's a thing called professionalism and being an adult I guess she's never heard of either.
