Is it just me that doesn't totally hate mai ling? Lol I kinda respect how her goal is just to survive in life and is managing to make big moves whilst doing so. I hope we get to see flashbacks of her marriage at some point because I haven't really taken in all that she's gone through since its all word of mouth

mark is in EVERYTHING martial arts/action and even hosted that japanese chef show, i forget the name (master chef?) that they imported to the states. where you would know him from most recently is john wick 3

yah i mean tbh she was already wicked from jump. i can't blame her for trying to escape an unwinnable situation just to find herself in yet more problems. she's a product of her environment at this point and i realized last season that its easy to ridicule her from my point of view. during that time though, things were a lot different. keeping an open mind is my favorite thing about watching shows like these.

The bigger the distance between her and Ah Sahm, the more I like her. As in, my dislike was at the peak when she tried to kill him, but now that they're both trying to be their own person, I'm not against her. Even if they square off again, I've just lost any hate towards her. I'm rooting for her vs. Buckley
