Mundane Mann is Average Youngman. Although the subtitles for the last episode showed it too, I think for some reason the subtitle source for the last one was different, since Mundane Mann is the name Cid goes by as this guy.

Eminence in Shadow isn't available on Crunchyroll so no, they were actually watching either on 9anime or HIDIVE. And episode 15 had different subtitles. The video that they add for their reactions isn't always the same exact video they're reacting to. In the previous episode's case, the editor probably added the correct subs for us.

My personal headcannon is that the name Average Youngman is the original guy that died that Gamma based Cids mold on to create the persona Mundane Mann. Just how I like to think about it.

It's actually the same name: "Jimina Seinen", which translates to something like "Plain Youngman". So both translations actually fit and mean the same thing.

2023-05-13 19:23:53 it depends on how hard and how thick it was. i would imagine if it was only an inch thick, something like 25lbs would be able to break it. to sink in that far though would probably take something more like 500-1000 lbs.
