Manz takemitchy never catches a break 💀

Mervyn Larrier

Mikey becoming a group killer is a wild turn of events

Nicole Guerrero

Also mikey most likely cut his hair and dyed it black to look more like his brother

Trashthlete

Completely off topic, but if yall Saving them for a reaction, Creed III and John Wick 4 are GAS.

Anonymous

Don’t forget that Kisaki almost blicked Takemitchy at the end of season 1

Joshua Burns

Only his mind goes to the past his adult body is still there and we don’t know what would happen if his adult body died while he was in the past

tiana britton

Mitsuya is def important. & as a reader he’s a beloved character so even he would’ve been enough but especially considering how everything worked out.

Mozart Waddell

Mikey lowkey needs to be started on a combination of risperidone and lithium. Takemitchy literally can't leave him alone anymore since he considered by Mikey as his emotional anchor. An adult Mikey that suffers from episodes of psychopathy is scary af. I would just view it as 12 years added to my life and return to the present once a year to check up on Hinata before our timelines converge.

Kingmakaii

I remember reading the manga and why like tf timeline is this this shit ass Mikey life turned to shit so bad he figured out yo I can fix all my problem by killing niggas can’t be a problem if you’re dead yeahhhhhh nigga so you just went out a killing spree lmao

Mervyn Larrier

Also, if you get shot in the temple, it's possible that you can survive for a bit afterward. It'll blind you, but it won't immediately kill you, until you basically bleed out from your head.

returntolife

But still what does Hina have to do with this timeline 😭😭😭 or did kisaki go after Hina? Btw I’m halfway through the episode

Jalan

Mikey didn’t kill Hina. Somebody else did

Mahmii

This just proves that, as for fixing the timeline specifically, breaking up with Hina never mattered.

Mad4Life

Nah sorry but both Kisaki and Mikey gotta go. These niggas are unstable.

returntolife

So I don’t understand how Naoto gets to keep all his memories and his current memories get overwritten whenever Takemitchy changes the past. But when Takemitchy goes back to the present, he can’t remember anything between those 12 years. I just wish he had that clutch or at least remembered memories of important events. Why doesn’t his present brain update with each new timeline? It just seems so unfair to write it like that. Maybe don’t give us all his memories cause then like the show wouldn’t have a lot of suspense but still.

Nicole Guerrero

you could be right, I saw him with blonde hair when he was young in the manga but I could be tripping 😩

Hafakasi

2 season and 12 episodes later I am now convinced the only way is for him to stay in the past!

returntolife

At this point, like sheera said, he just needs to stay there for 12 years😭 it’s too much

Phroug

So I guess Roshi has already forgotten the ending of season 1, where Kisaki pulled out a gun and killed Chifuyu

Merfhew

I'm guessing Kisaki or Hanma simply ordered Akkun to kill Hina again. As we don't know the order in which everyone died, it's possible that Kisaki was killed after Hina had died. Speaking of Hanma, I wonder if he got killed too, or if it was just Kisaki.

Merfhew

They should probably just tell Hina to avoid cars at this point. Stay away from all vehicle accessible areas in late 2018, early 2019. It's hard to predict when the killer will strike, but the murder weapon has been fairly consistent. If only the "present" time was a few months - years later, they could tell her it's to avoid catching Covid-19. "Stay at home and do everything remotely this year. It'll save your life."

Guns

A fuking car flies in from the sky like some final destination shit 😂

Terrence

Yea idk why it’s like that because I remember when he was talking to draken in season one while he was on death row that draken was telling takemitchy what happened and takemitchy was saying that the memory’s were coming to him even tho he wasn’t there

Guns

“If Toman was too much for me to leave and Mikey had to kill his first enemy (i feel like it might be kisaki he kills first) cus there was no other way, i will, as first division captain change myself and get much much stronger so Mikey can count on me emotionally and now also have his back when shit gets rough” Is the stare he just gave at the end i think 🤔 😂 Just starts training with Mikey and Draken in the past would be a cool thing to see if something like that happens and Takemitchy just becomes the 3rd problem of Toman 😊

Kenisha & Kim

dude im telling u i doubt kisaki is the villain yo i actually think he will be saved by takemitchi and his plan will help him save hina bro like he loved hina why would he kill her mikey killing them makes perfect sense like takemitchy think with ur head his eyes look the same cuz he was severly depressed from his brother he probably feels numb and his only trying to make toman great cuz of his brother someone is gonna have to be sacrificed takemitchy cant save them all

Passion

So I’m thinking bc toman is on this streak of taking over all these gangs. The other gangs that we saw before will probably see toman as a threat and that is why they are always on this path of violence and people keep dying. Like what is takemichi suppose to do! He can’t keep an eye on all of them. Unless he gets more allies like chifuyu

Lu Bu

This is the official end of the prologue, story actually starts now that characters and the problem have been established.. some serious revenging starts now. Btw please watch IRON BLOODED ORPHANSSSSSS

FreshxEli Tv

Lupa is so wrong for that joke at the end 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Imani Brooks

His past self was there though and so he was gaining memories of that past Takemichi.

VagabonD

Tbf they were together when Takemitchy went back so there's not really any room to say that plan would have worked

Devin B

In the original timeline Takemichi broke up with Hina and they stayed broken up and she ended up dying, in this timeline they actually stayed together but she ended up dying anyway. Either way she was gonna die so them being apart or staying together didn't matter.

KeYo

so even with kisaki dead she still dies....how about hina becomes toman and works under takemitchy ....no? ok lol

Kisaki Hater

No you're right he's always had blond hair even as a kid, so blond is probably his natural color

Devin B

At this point Takemichi just needs to stay in the past and ride it through cause it seems like the main thing is Mikey changing.

Devin B

Lol it's a tough situation cause when he leaves his past self always does something that ends up changing something later down the line to mess things up.

Poet

What I don't understand is that why doesn't he make like a video or something where he records it explaining what's going on so when the past him returns he can understand what hes supposed to do or how he ended up here because I think it's the same thing that happens to the future him he doesn't know what's going on he doesn't know what's going on he doesn't know what's changed and everything is just something he has to learn and catch up on

Chelsea

I don’t why Takemitchy can’t leave clues for his young self to follow while he goes back to future/present. He could have buddy prove to his young self that it’s true by correctly predicting certain things or writing intimate things that only Takemitchy would know that he hasn’t told anybody. He needs to control what his young self does. Idk, he has to start communicating with himself.

Chelsea

That’s why he needs to start communicating with his past self somehow. It’s the only way to actually solve things. He has to be on the same page w/ his old self

Chelsea

Why would she want to join a gang. Her whole thing was to keep Takemitchy from getting into fights & being violent.

Chelsea

Revenge on who though. Kisaki dies in this timeline & still nothing goes right

Earphone Jack

I actually cried at the end of this episode when the light shined in Mikey’s eyes right before he died. 😭🥺💔

Chelsea

Yeah, I don’t think him being the same Mikey is good. His eyes are soulless throughout the series while everybody else’s eyes has some kind of life in them, even Taiju. Takemitchi’s goal should be to change Mikey not keep him the same. You’re right that ever since his brother died something died with him & then it got worse when Baji was killed. He’s been empty & feels immense pressure to fulfill the dream he promised the original members he would fulfill of building a new era for them. They need to take that pressure off of him & help him heal or else it’s never gonna be right.

Chelsea

Lol Mikey just feels a lot of pressure to fulfill the “new era for hoodlums” goal + the weight of his close ones dying while Kisaki is trying desperately get validation from Mikey & be the sole person he trusts since he thinks Mikey is so special & great and thinks by extension he would be great if he’s able to earn Mikey’s full trust.

Lu Bu

I cant answer that without dropping mad spoilers, but now that he knows what Mikeys final form is.. lets just say theres more progress and more details of the 12 year gap revealed soon 🤘

Chelsea

Literally this! The only way to make affective changes is for him to get on the same page as his old self.

Poet

Also I have a theory kisaki forced a situation where Mikey had to kill so he could be brought back to be mikey's shadow but nothing went as planned

Mahmii

To both above, my point is that people who got angry that he broke up with her “consciously” again never affected the timeline. Cuz them being together has never decided her death.

Peach

It happened once in the anime. I read the manga but I can't remember if it happens again so I can't really give a good answer, sorry

zanderbander

i feel like the main reason there's not many guns in anime is cuz they're in japan. strict gun control, unlike good ol merica. also, they're middle schoolers

Jose

My guess is kisaki had Hina killed and then Mikey killed him. Whatever the cause all these dudes need to go to therapy or some shit

HopelesslyImmersed

Wait wait wait.... who killed Hina? Was it fucking Mikey?!? Or did Kisaki still carry out his plan and then got popped by Mikey later? Bro I cannot wait for the next season, they always leave us in the nastiest cliffhangers. I'm so tempted to read the manga but I wanna wait for the anime Dx

Wrëck

I woke everyone up in my house 😭😭😭😭😭 how tf he trip that bad yooo 😭😭😭😭😭

Leon

I noticed there are some scenes where his eyes change with life in them for a bit then change back to lifeless.

Dune

Bro killed his whole squad and hanagaki still over here like you haven't changed lol mann

SoClose

So nobody's just gonna address the fact that Mikey got shot in the head and was still talking? Ok. 😭

Keegan Uerata

I think that could be the author telling us mikey was always unhinged, or maybe takemitchy just cant accept the truth

Merfhew

@Hopelessly --- I've actually broken down and read ahead in the manga by a few chapters... twice now... due to the cliffhangers. I don't usually have this problem, as I want to stay anime-only when I've started a series via the anime, but Tokyo Revengers has gotten me with their cliffhangers twice now. lol

Drake Rage

Past Takemitchy is hot ass, can't leave him and return to the present, lmao. His past self always fks it up, Takemitchy gotta stay in the past and hand-hold and guide them all into a good future, lol.

PyroPhoenix

They could be a good Yakuza that fights the bad gangs that be trynna do some evil shit 😂 Also did you notice that Mikey got the dragon, that draken had, tattooed on his neck?

VagabonD

Yeah. Mikey's had that since the beginning. Pretty sure they showed it in or around the Draken flashback that showed how they met

Destiney Marie

Considering the fact that Mikey got hit in the head by Kazutora with a steel pole multiple times and was able to not only hold a conversation but also whoop more asses said enough for me😭.

HIM

Show would have been a lot better, IMO, if it was just about Takemichi and Toman as they grew up. The flashbacks hold the most water, as far as story importance and impact. I like those scenes. All of the issues come from the fact somebody decided to tell a timey-wimey story instead of a straight up story. I would care just as much, if not more, for these characters if we were just growing up with them, instead of trying to "Save" them all. Marvel did this WHOLE anime better, and it took just ONE damn episode 😤. Shout out Doctor Strange.

A. P.

Yeah, bro gotta just stay in the past and try to get all of Toman to serve the Lord or something idk

Thetrillest Khi

seem like u just hating man the whole premise of the show is the fact that the mc is changing his past self to fix his future, watching em from the beginning would just lead to how the original future was unless your trying to change the whole concept in which case that’s an entirely different story

HIM

That's my point. The STORY would have been better if you just focused on a gang of kids growing up with all these crazy things they get into. Deaths would be sad, fights would be meaningful, Takemichi wouldn't look bad for being 12 years older than he really is and still acting like a baby. I think the author thought they were being creative, when really they just made things harder for themselves.

Leanne Stephenson

Takemichi ended up i the same apartment (although tidier) to get away from the gang life again

Dune

I could see that. His eyes have always been blank and lifeless even while having fun but the light in his eyes coming back for a split second shows there was good in him deep down but the darkness just overtook him.

BlackSavageXV

Imagine if Kisaki started it all by killing Hina and Mikey offed him and then Mikey lost it afterwards. So technically Kisaki would still be the enemy

Wild

Hear me out bro I’m killing Kisaki as soon as I return to the past
