Oh yeah, Nightfall has the same Va as Tomoe from Tsuki Ga Michibiku. Another anime I really suggest watching! Though the anime sadly skips out on a lot of details in the manga and LN just like Overlord used to until season 4. Season 2 of Tsukimichi is going to air next year btw!

Honestly Nightfall would probably be more of an asset to Loid because he wouldn't have to hide who he is and he can maneuver better. Yor is still a great help to Loid but they both do too much to hide stuff from each other.

I know it was for comedy, but the head-over-heels depiction of Nightfall was unfortunate. I get being in love with Loid, but the show displayed her main goal was to become his wife. Maybe Nightfall won't be a major character anyway, but that depiction made me lose my initial intrigue...

Nightfall is a top tier waifu- but I’m going with Yor on this one guys. She can improve, for sure. But as a seasoned assassin, I think in a pinch that she’s going to be more valuable to Loid, and then even more especially with Anya involved.

nah Yor is a better fit for Stryx- the obvious "who's better at playing 'Mom'" matter aside, Yor is unassuming, which means people underestimate her and aren't suspicious of her (vs Nightfall, who's intimidating and puts people on edge). Loid and Yor manage to be on the same page despite reading completely different books, and by contrast Twilight can't really read Nightfall at all

@Laura Brown there's only so many times that Loid and Yor can coincidently get on the same page about things that at that point they're just leaving things to luck. Being able to actually coordinate with someone in the same position as you can make things a lot easier. At the end of the day though Yor is playing her role well but imo Loid would have it easier with Nightfall.

I don't necessarily think the coffee Yor made is bad. Loid just has so much stress due to operation strix and all the other spy jobs he has to do additionally, that he has developed an upset stomach. It's a reoccurring topic. So now he adds milk to his coffee to not upset it even more.

Nightfall is down diabolical, and I love it lmao. But yeah, I'd be hella miffed too if I come back from a mission or w/e to see my crush and senpai at work put on a mission to be wedded to someone who ISN'T me. Except the core of Stryx is Anya, who is miles better off having at least one parent who never lapses into thinking of her as an asset. Loid having to hide his work from Yor hasn't actually been a problem, between his hyper-competence and her gullibility- when he has a problem it's because he's being overworked on account of WISE not having enough agents. +this episode hints at it, but the next episode should make it pretty clear that Loid basically cannot read Nightfall at all

Afaik the "Anya is 4" thing hasn't been confirmed anywhere, it's just considered more likely that Loids initial guess (4 or 5) was correct and she lied so he'd pick her
