The first time I watched this series, I was following the release order so I still hadn't seen the Kizu movies. I was confused as shit when Episode showed up. Just a reminder, the love advice that Karen and Tsukihi gave Araragi was about Hanekawa. She assumes they're talking about Senjougahara, but they said it was back in May (during Golden Week / the Nekomonogatari Black arc). That would've been before he even met Senjougahara.

@josh that only really applies to situations where you know that you are getting your message to them. It is very easy for a content creator to miss your message. Most content creators(including roshi cuz he often askes for opinions)understand when someone asks like this they aren't doing it to be annoying but more to be seen. Not saying you should spam the message on every single post, etc. But asking once a day in the comments? That's far from excessive imo.
