I highly suggest Fruits Basket, all 3 seasons are done, has supernatural and psychological elements to it, and it's the definition of classic Shoujo!

They did kinda hint at something deeper bring up with his sister in episode 1. When Mai asks how she doesn’t know who she is Sakuta hesitates and says it’s because she doesn’t watch much TV, but all we see is her watching tv lol. The reason she didn’t recognize Mai is because she didn’t have memories of a time before Mai had gone on hiatus

It’s pretty hard to catch, especially on a first watch. You’d have to have that line in the back of your head while seeing her watch tv all the time make the connection it was clearly a lie, and it’s just not that kinda line, there’s like a million other important things being said that’ll likely stick in the viewers head over that one

Fruits Basket or Horimiya would by recommendations for more duo shows. FruBa is an all-timer, S-tier show imo. Horimiya is just an incredibly well done simple high school romance show. Honestly could just a lot of people a favor and save Odd Taxi from trio poll hell lol. Everyone needs to watch that show at least once.

I watched, enjoyed, i am still waiting for EP 12 to be "exported" lol, and i am hoping they watch the movie. How about thinking about it in this way: new viewers from a different demographic came to watch this, enjoyed their reactions, and now stay due to the vast amount of shows they have reacted to. I had hoped to get away from these "not actual discussions" on Patreon since they are rampant on the YouTube channel but here we are.....

People do it because their comment is more likely to be seen. There is only a small percentage of us who pay for their content which creates a more community like comment section rather than a bunch of Randoms who pop in on a YouTube video and comment.

Trent, I feel like the more people do that, the less Roshi and Lupa will likely read the comments and just scroll/skim through. It's not like they don't provide threads specifically for these kinds of requests. Before a few here and there didn't bother me at all. But there are people literally spamming each comment section with the same thing and arguments stemming from just those comments. There are lots of shows I'd like them to check out (I've been reading comics, manga and watching anime since 1984) but the world isn't ending just yet and I can wait. My problem is that these recommendation requests (some are outright demands) are just consuming the comments sections except for maybe 2 series on here that don't get many views.

Also, I'm not pointing fingers at specific people since it is a community issue where everybody as a whole has a say. Including cleaning up childish behavior.
