So new Info: The Death knight is level 35 undead His offence is on par with a level 25 creature and his defence level 40 He is a tank. Also: once the death knight survives ANY attack with 1 HP Another passive ability: things he kills turn into lesser undead. With a limit It also toyed with the Knights. enjoyed killing them and killed the once who ran away first. Dick move tbh About Ainz summon. He can summon undead. They disappear after a time. But this one who uses a corpe stays until death Edits: also about the flashback and sebas: groteque players where basicially bullied. early players got killed for easy XP I also remember that you can only have one active avatar in that game Sebas character info is completely blank. so he copies his creator. except the buttler stuff and such grasp heart is an instant kill spell. against higher level a bit useless. but it as least stuns if the kill fails (also in the LN his appearance and such was so terrifiying that Enri wet herself)

Iirc Ainz like's using these weak ass summons even at his high level bc of that unique ability to survive attacks at 1hp that high level summons don't have. Kinda like when you have a summon in game just to draw aggro. Edit: for any of you elden ring players it's literally the skeleton bro summons lol. Imagine taking them or the jellyfish max level to Godrick again.

I fucking love this series. The idea behind it. I would have loved to see something in the same setting but from scratch starting from the bottom grinding and then being the best kinda like Sao where they all start at level 1 and he was the person that grinded the most

@Roshi I am very certain after this Overlord you have seen all the 4 big Isekai animes. REACT to Isekai Quarter after Overlord. It's funny as hell with Overlord, Shield Hero, Re:Zero and Tanya the Evil characters fooling around =)

Considering that a bunch of fire anime are coming out soon including highly anticipated seasons, and the overlord movie which will usher in season 4, are you guys thinking of doubling up your reactions to overlord? Would really help catch up with out cutting it to close. Especially if your doing all three seasons.

I think they just leveled up since their first viewing by watching Fate/Zero. Compared to having to keep track of like 20 different characters all barraging you with constant infodumps, Overlord suddenly seemed much more straightforward by comparison.

as much as I love both the anime and light novel there is one thing that they did that throws you off in the anime, which i am fine with but could make you think he is much bigger than he actually is. Ainz is only like 177cm or something, i think that is like 5'10, he is a normal sized skeleton, not super large and imposing, but they made him look much bigger in the anime on purpose to emphasize his importance and the vibe he gives off to people in front of him. Albedo is also only 5'7"

Just in case yall haven't seen yet, Komi-san, Kaguya-sama, and Shield Hero are getting 2nd seasons starting april. Personally Shield hero (I read ahead) at this point is just kinda a meh isekai without the draw of the revenge plot or any development between Naofumi and Raphtalia of any kind).

So, I would highly recommend that you guys watch Paripi Koumei. It's coming out this coming season. It looks absolutely wild. It's an idol show where a genius military strategist from China gets teleported to the future, where everything is all futuristic. I don't watch idol shows, but this looks so bizarre. It has pretty good music, good looking visuals of what I've seen. It's got JoJo references (looked like the guy had a stand in one of the pv's).
