Ok considering you liked the aspect that shows you the inner working of a hobby there are few anime that you are gonna love. Yuru Camp - a hit that took Japan like a storm. It's about camping and teaches you actual useful things. It's super wholesome and cozy. Shirobako - one of few anime that's about adults. This one shows how anime studio works and what troubles they have to deal with. Wotakoi - another anime about adults. It's a rom/com about adult nerds. Games, cosplay and other fuckery. Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken - another anime about making anime, this time from perspective of amateur kids that do it as an afterschool activity. Hope you will pick at least one of those in a near future!

Gojo's been a loner all through elementary and middle school, so he's gonna struggle with social cues and his self esteem for a bit. Marin's not really trying to make a move on Gojo. She'll tease him and be a little flirty sometimes, but that's mostly just her being a typical outgoing gyaru.
