Being in the same hearts game meaning you have toi kill each other is a common misconception. Even in Arisu's hearts game, it never said they had to kill each other or that there wasn't a solution where all people could live. I believe the writer himself has also stated that EVERY game ha a solution.

No because the body doesn't conduct electricity that way. In order for that to happen the electrical conduit would need an insane amount of voltage to not be dispersed in the water in that moment.

Not EVERY game is passable for all players, as evident in episode 3, and not every game requires a loser (as evident in episode 6). I feel it's really a mix. Games of Hearts simply imply betrayal and deceit that MORE THAN LIKELY will result in death, but what makes them so bad is that you've probably teamed up with someone by the time you play one, so odds are you're almost always forced to play the Sang Woo (S.G reference lol)
