Guys, y'all shittin' on Megan on the filter shit. I can tell they did this as a narrative to show how mentally dangerous Martians are when a ton of them are gathered around eachother. The harm sudden harm it did to Superboy and Beastboy is to show the viewer the mechanics on what happens when so many telepaths are in one area and honestly, how would Megan know to put up a filter before hand? That's like telling me I should have blocked I punch when I had no idea the punch was coming.

Knowing about the Ring and The legion of Superheroes isn’t a far fetched idea. Its been prominent in live action shows, been easter eggs on other cartoons as well as had its own. Plus this is a universe in which a ring is the most powerful item in the canon so ring knowledge becomes more than common lol

Yes. The joke is that she's doing the Blackfire voice (Starfire's evil sister who had the same voice actor). Blackfire's voice is a bit lower and has more of a sarcastic droll to it than Starfire's.
