Withought spoiling the ending I just wanted to say that while your theory isn't wrong it's not really right. At least in the og timeline Vivy didn't cause the AI takeover. She was just the only AI who was offline and safe for the doctor to send Matsumoto back in time to warn. Can't say much for this 2nd timeline though, excellent reaction as always though!

So Vivy wrote about the Singularity Project, which would be a song that documented how a group of humans kept trying to ignite conflict against androids vía false flag operations. In order to stop this war from ever happening, one human sent an AI to the past to eliminate the supposedly problematic androids with the help of Vivy. During the Singularity Project, most of the "problem androids" were destroyed, while the instigating humans were repeatedly spared. Not surprised a bunch of androids took offense to that. Wonder how they will resolve this.

Hope we get a triple drop for the finale. Vivy was probably the sleeper hit of the year! Came out of nowhere, but easily in the Top 10 of the year.

To top it off, the AI collective came to a genocidal conclusion WITHOUT Vivy's interference in the original timeline. Lesson being that humans are humanity's worst enemy. Having an AI play clean up to human catastrophe is peak human arrogance. All Matsumoto did was effectively give an AI a hero complex based on him falling for false flags. Never took into account the Archive counteracting in a similar manner despite knowing the true course of events. Why on earth would they let the thing that stores the AI data also be in control of the entire process of managing the AI database distribution? As if the Archive wouldn't know that bot Matsumoto was a foreign AI? and that an autonomous humanoid AI was committing actions arguably well beyond the scope of a single mission.

for those who ask why matsumoto could tell if the song was about singularity project even without lyric... it's just if you know a person very well, you could tell what they're thinking about when making something, be it a song, poem, writing or drawing. it's like last time my friend took a random pic and posted in on instagram and I just knew right away what he meant with those pic, something like that.
