So funny enough, while editing I found out that the Crunchyroll version omitted some extra seconds of the awful events, I knew it was censored while watching due to the black spots but didnt know they actually cut some of the content as well

I really hate that SAO couldn't figure out a good motive for villains being bad people besides relying on a person's disgust for sexual crimes. They only did a decent job with Kayaba since he never really did it to be evil, but then they forgot to give him an actual reason. I love SAO, but hate the lazy writing for their villains. Of course not all of the villains are like this, but a lot of their major villains are.

I dont even know if I watched the censored version. I watched this on netflix a year ago. Even if I watched the censored version, it was awful to watch. I can't even imagine how awful the uncensored is

For some clarification; People don't glitch out when they die, the reason why dude glitched out was because he ordered humbert to basically kill himself in order to save himself and that's a DIRECT violation of the taboo index (which npc's are practically programmed to obey). So with the struggle of saving his own life vs violating the taboo index caused his fluctlight to go nuts and caused the "glitch" to occur.

What we watched was the uncensored version but Roshi had to edit a couple of seconds off cause they watched the censored version on crunchyroll. You can tell cause during "that" scene the video skipped ahead a little bit at like the 9:20 mark.
