Creative fights are on a whole another level in these two parts. Part 3 were just tipped of the iceberg in stands. My favorite stand is in this part and it has something do with that hand 👀

I tend to forgive part 3 a lot now after a rewatch cause you could really tell that Araki was still figuring out how to even make stands work and those early wacky wtf stands really served to establish that stands can be or do anything which really makes some crazier stuff in later parts just work.

I don’t mind the slice of life elements. But the plot progression in this Part is easily the clunkiest out of the lot.

how can you say that when almost all of part 3 is essentially filler? Like the only plot important episodes are the first few episodes, and the last, because in the end it was just about killing dio because of hollys stand and that was the whole story. I can understand why you would say that part 4's plot progression can be weird sometimes, but it's not the worst, i don't agree

well maybe filler wasn't the right word, but the plot never really progressed is what i was trying to say. I don't dislike Part 3 but the plot for 40 episodes or smth was just 'beat dio's minions'. idk how you can say thats good plot progression

honestly I always thought it was a plot hole that they couldnt revive his grandpa josuke and Jotaro should be able to revive anyone like how he revived Jonathan in part 3 it was a stretch that he was able to do it in part 3 when he had already been dead for 20 or so minutes completely drained of blood but he can't restart his grandpas heart after he had been put perfectly back together.

Joseph was revived using Dio's blood which literally has the power to bring people back to life from the dead and there's a running joke in the series that Joseph always cheats at everything even death and his wife and once a soul leaves a body it can't be brought back unless it's a special circumstance *insert part 5 spoiler here*
