See this right here is why I lost patience for this show as great as it is. I love so much about Jotaro's part but it's so villain-of-the-week with them (especially polnareff) always on some dumb stuff for full episodes before actually doin work at the end of an encounter. HOWEVER, in terms of writing it's mostly up from here. I loved Diamond is unbreakable which has my person favorite villain, and Golden Wind without a doubt has the best most well thought out scenarios and fights. I can't waiitttt!
