Let's go!!!

GojosHoho

I was just thinking about where episode 2 was 💀 this is like when things I only thought about buying pop up as ads 😂

Lola

Please check out Daily dose of Sunshine on Netflix after this 🙏 It also tackles the theme of mental health. It's a very good medical kdrama! Very touching and funny by moments

GojosHoho

Ugh I love Kim SooHyun 😤😤I highly recommend him in "My Love from the star" if y'all end up delving into Kdramas for real 👀

GojosHoho

We still need and 3 piece reaction to the Kdrama KINGDOM 😭😭🙃

Finally 😩😩

Bendover

Finally

Fiyin Cole

In Korea the women don’t usually take their husbands last name only their kids do. So husbands and wives to still go by their original last names. Which is why she and her mom don’t have the same last name.

Taelor Green

In Korea culture, when women are married, their last names don't change. However any children that they have will take on the fathers name

Infinite Ree

Can't remember if they said it last episode, but did they recognize Sang-tae as the cop from Death's Game?

Hasnain Khan

Yehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Mo

Yesss

Kiari

In Korea, wives don’t take on their husbands last names. That’s why Mun-yeong’s mother doesn’t have the same last name as her.

LaTesha

I wish Vincenzo could be an option for future reaction

2024-03-11 02:45:45 It was sooo good

It was sooo good

Sham Sham

the whole "random" moment before they walked in the book sign was us viewing the world in Sang-tae's eyes during his moment of pure happiness/excitement. and it if a real thing to get popular in Korean culture just off ur looks/people find u attractive It is so weird to me I don't get it. also yes another crazy thing in the K-industry that should not be a thing that was shown in this episode is that these celebs can have their careers, even lives heavily affected just for standing up for themselves or just doing anything outside of the fake picture-perfect image that they are trained to have. (cursing, smoking, dating, getting married, having a family, ect) basically being happy outside of music. regular human beings things. its so sad/messed up how controlling their industry is

Jade Pinnock

I love this show! Also I think you guys would enjoy this new kdrama Pyramid Game, seems right up your alley.

Nancy Raha

loved the reaction, i forgot how much I love this show, it's cool watiching it again with you guys

varus ez

We need 2 IOTNBO per week and only 1 Worst of Evil 😂

ceci

man i wish this one was 2 episodes per week instead of worst of evil ngl

Elle E.

ME....likes video before even watching it 💀 Thank you for the upload!

Oni Tyrone

Same shit just happened in kpop. An idol i follow named Karina and the main lead from "Alchemy of Souls" started dating and she wrote an apology letter to her fans literally just for being in a relationship. It blows my mind.

Oni Tyrone

Noice, can finally watch now that im off work

moistmermaids

The little montage they had on their way to the bookstore wasnt like a random scene but their way of showing Sangtae’s perspective of how he sees life and the things around him. Those that are neurodivergent see and perceive things differently than neurotypical people.

Sham Sham

lol ik I’m into Kpop. I just put the k industry as a whole since it happens outside of just the music part of entertainment aka Kpop

Shiroja

Currently at 10:00 minutes in the show; what the hell did wall Maria get breached?

Aery

That scene where the guy was calling out to his mom while trying to “check out” of life lol

sen

yess thanks!

Shiroja

Okay after watching this episode I have a theory: what if the little boy in the flashbacks isn't the younger brother but the older brother Sangtae.

William Zavala

I’ve been to two countries while waiting

Sasha

Yeah. Some influencers be getting canceled for saying one wrong word. Normal people say shit like that every day but when a celebrity does that one time their whole career could be ruined.

Sasha

"Ay, let her cook" I mean Roshi is not wrong

Iris Lee

i've been waiting for this whole week! this show will get better with each episodes. definitely great acting by Sang-tae's actor too, considering his other role from Death's Game.

Bria A.

Legally and socially, married women in Korea keep + are referred to by their maiden names! So different surnames between mother and daughter don’t necessarily mean that either one of them changed theirs. Munyeong just inherited her father’s.

2024-03-11 22:14:51 I love this show but I wish it wasn't so clunky in its exposition sometimes. Like, characters saying "surely you're aware that this thing from this persons past that is a big deal will come into play" to someone who already knows these things. I get that there's a lot of backstory to these people as we are basically dropped into the middle of their lives, but I feel like the exposition could be delivered better a lot of the time. Like with Ko Moon-young's mom, it definitely could've been revealed less bluntly that she was an author and that they share a lot of similar traits. They basically just stated it out loud to the audience instead of showing it or revealing it naturally.

Naledi Biyela

I liked the premise a lot, but I couldn't get through this show. The romance was the weakest part of the story, his brother's scenes are the most enjoyable

isa

im so excited for the full series reactions!

Desi

Ko Mun Yeong probably has the best drip I've ever seen on a Kdrama, and they get even better as the show goes on

uchuu kitsune

I haven't seen this show so please don't spoil it for me but I have a crazy theory, Ko Mun Yeong is almost being shown with the butterfly scene and the brother said that the one killed the mother was a butterfly, so, either Ko Mun killed their mother or someone in her family, I know, crazy theory but I hope that is not the case.

Keith Waterman

"Stop running and come take this fuck" is crazyyy lmaooo

Ethan Vinson

You know what? Come take my soul baby, write me in your story.

Delinda Arts

Mun-Yeong is so toxic but I'm HEAVILY attracted to her and her character lmao

Random Guy

The brother is just perpetually high

Maria

Kang-tae realising that the real reason they've been on the run all this time wasn't because of his brother, but was really just him being a coward was such a great moment. He could have easily tried to get Sang-tae some help and stayed put somewhere but instead, he chose to move every time Sang-Tae got worse again. I love the fact that Ko Mun-Yeong's words were what made him realise his own cowardice. The way the show draws a parallel between the scenes with him and Ko Mun-Yeong and his relationship with his brother and himself is such good storytelling.

WTT_321

If you're referring to the older brother, no he's not. If anything, you're waaaaaaaaay off because unless if you studied psychology or know of someone with being "perpetually high", you wouldn't understand why he's like that (and in this case, this show touches on how some psychological trauma both w/ those that have a disability and even normal people struggle with their demons inside them).

Random Guy

bro why are you taking it too seriously lmao... obviously its been stated that he's autistic. but it would be an interesting "what if" if he was just perpetually high. In family guy, there is character named Opie, who was shown to be mentally challenged, but there was an episode where it was revealed that he was actually just perpetually drunk.

WTT_321

Because I hate how some people think that we autistic people are high simply because of how hyper (at least some of the time) we are. However if that was not your intention, then I apologize. Maybe it flew over my head, idk... It's just a personal chip in my shoulder that I've experienced as someone similar to him...

Jamaal Ellison

Sometimes I think somethings wrong with me. Like now because I feel for the family at the book signing. We know as the audience that the brother is special needs, but the dad didn't! What would you do if some dude walked up to you and your kid talking gibberish about dinosaurs and put his hands by your son's ass? You telling me you wouldn't throw some hands? Why is the dad being painted as the bad guy for protecting his family?

Jamaal Ellison

Yeah he chased after her and then he watched her kick a guy down a flight of fucking stairs. I'd be like you know what never mind.

no one important

Because the brother isn’t operating on the same level as the others, so seeing him get “punished” feels unfair. That’s why. None of the characters even acted like he did nothing wrong, it’s just you that got that impression somehow lol.
