They gave him the hearing aid because I think Clint in the comics is supposed to be deaf. Of course, they never established that he was in the movies so this is just a new thing they added. Maybe they wanted to be more accurate to the source material or maybe they just wanted to introduce a deaf superhero for diversity reasons. My money's on the latter.

The intro is so long because it's showing Kate's achievements, but the into for the 2nd episode is only 5 seconds which you skipped :P

The fact that there is a dog in this show and that it likes pizza is not just something they made up. In the comics, Clint and Kate have a canine companion called Lucky the Pizza Dog. Yes, I am being dead serious.

Yeah, I believe the “Hawkeye” in the title isn’t referring to Clint but instead Kate as Hawkeye. Also I believe when the show was announced, it was billed as a Kate Bishop show but I could be wrong

I liked that in the Rodgers play they had Ant-Man in the Avengers scenes. Might be a reference to the fact The Wasp was originally intended to be introduced in the 2012 Avengers movie and Ant-Man was also intended to be introduced much earlier in the MCU
