An anthro robot/droid that is rather top-heavy. He's very frightening indeed with his heavy metallic footsteps, looking for organic beings to grab with his arms, in which he uses his tentacle like mechanical fingers to insert nanites into their BRAINS!!!

The light on his head is normally a light blue when on patrol, but as soon as he detects an organic being it starts making ear splitting noises and is a siren of red.
