Testing time Hatsume Mei (Patreon)

The new and improved "tickle hell 2.0." was probably one of the most ambitious ideas Mei had, but after the current events with the League of villains some sort of containment and interrogation space was needed. However that wasn't enough! she needed to do more of her babies to help make things easier for the heroes, improve the current gadgets and help her name get more known in the hero comunity at the same time of course.

So she put upon herself the creation of new equipment! combining some previous designs and inspired by the "tickle hell" project she built before, she created a whole set of equipments to easily apprehend and interrogate criminals in an easier way, of course all of this kept secret only to herself, she couldn't let her new babies be seen before they be fully operational and for that she needed a test subject. 

When she found Uraraka suspiciously walking late arround the school she knew she had her girl! or so she thought, after explaining the girl her ideas and plans to use her new creations, the young lady with light brown hair agree to help her... however she added one valid point that made Mei reconsider her plan

"if this is suppose to be easy to be used by others shouldn't I be the one using the gadgets to see how quickly I can understand them?"

With a few doubts on her head Mei ultimately agreed simply cause of the fact it was none other than Uraraka the one saying these words, her cute inocent look, the blushy cheeks that were part of her appearance, the big naive smile on her semblance. Nothing said  "nice girl" more than her.

And so Mei showed her the different devices and equipment one by one, Uraraka quickly understood them and grew excited towards them, Mei could saw the shine in her eyes the more equipment she saw, "FINALLY! someone who understood her passion and love for her babies!".

However the one that got the most of her attention was the containment chamber laveled as "tickle hell 2.0." Mei explained to her it was the project that started it all, the original version belonged to Sir Nighteye, probably for tasks of containment and interrogation, however after seeing the blueprints Mei decided to improve it, make it more efficient, add more features! and so  the 2.0. version was born!

Uraraka asked her if they could test it as well. Mei seeing her excitement and how she seemed to share the passion for her job to the point uraraka's cheeks were clearly blushing bright pink from seeing it, accepted to let her test it.

Mei explained how the original only holded the arms of it's prisioner, allowing too much movement and the posibility to hurt the wrists not to mention the restrains were too simple and weak, so she improved them. Changing the simple shackles for bigger and more sturdy restrains to secure the prisioner were a priority, taking in account people with strenght based quirks she made sure this restrains could hold atleast someone with above average human strenght. Next to that she added a cushioned chair so the person could be there for longer periods without the need of they standing or trashing arround, in a similar fashion, a big flaw she found was the lack of leg restrains, specially with so many people whose kicks could probably break any restrain, The Rabbit hero: Mirko was the one example that came to her mind. 

After explaining the device she sitted on the cushioned chair and let herself be restrained by Uraraka, she guided her on the correct buttons and what they would do, even revealing the emergency button above her, in case they needed to release the prisoner quickly, simply pushing the button would release the person, sounded a bit too obvious but it was the easiest way to let someone out in case of a quick emergency. Now all she had to do was push the button to release her and they could conclude the experiment.

Uraraka listened, however Mei noticed her hands moving arround the device admiring her work surely. then  the chestnut hair girl asked if more people knew about all these gadgets.

"No, I haven't reveal my babies yet! that's why I wanted your help, I needed someone to help me test them and I was lucky you was arround for it" Mei replied while Uraraka moved arround

"Not even this chamber?" Asked the girl while walking next to Mei

"Nope!, this was a sort of personal project, after seing the original I grew inspired to make my own version, I should probably name it different, but the name was catchy" replied Mei while she felt a changein the temperature of the room "did I accidentally leave the air conditioner on again?"

"so no one knows about all of this?.... I see" Uraraka replied while leaving something  over the structure behind Mei, But due to the way she was been hold, she couldn't really turn all the way back to see what it was only could barely withness by the corner of her eyes a somewhat familiar shape. Using her quirk, ZOOM, she could get a bit of a better glance of the object and the momment she realized what it was she felt her heart sink inside her chest.

"MY SHOES!? BUT WHEN DID YOU-?" exclaimed the inventor 

However in the mere moment she saw the other way her partner in the lab was gone... or atleast had leave the chamber, standing outside in front of her and the controllers, the fingers of Uraraka started to push some buttons and in the blink of an eye the device started to move, first the armps of Mei were stretched and placed above her head, her legs were pulled wide open by the chains that holded the restrains on her ankles and in no time even her toes got tied by the leather cushioned traps.

"Wait! what are you doing, Uraraka?" Mei yelled while the silent girl that was now her captor smiled, her usual bright smile turning into a creepy grin while activating the mechanism. 

So far they were only testing the different inventions to test their capacity to hold down a criminal however this time the device as the name would suggest it had more functions...

A set of little brushes assaulted her right heel  that made the girl with the gifted eyes squeal in surprise and break in laughter in no time while trying in vain to move her foot away from them, the toeties making the task impossible. Quickly another touch made her squeal in higher decibels and jump up her sit... or atleast hop on it as her body was unable to leave the chair.  A pair of robotic hands begin to squeeze on her sides making her body squirm like a worm, unfortnately leading to nowhere.

"Hahaha! ok okahahay! the joke is over! you got me there!  but you can stop already Gyahaha!" Said with some difficulty as laughter started to take the best of her  

However the only answer to her pleads was a playful humming from Uraraka as another pair or hands catch her by surprise, taking advantage of her sleeveless shirt and assaulting her underarms with a spidering motion, sending the so far collected Mei into screams of hysteria.  

"HAHAHAHA! Not there! hahaha Uraraka please! ahahaha turn it off! U-Uraraka?" cried out in laughter "EEEECK NOT THE OTHER ONE TOOOOHOHOHO" laughter even more as another pair of robotic hands began to explore her left foot caressing her skin, touching the ball of the foot, stroking her arches and sending wave after wave of ticklish sensations to her brain. "KYAHAHAHA" She couldn't take it, her eyes closed and at their corners a group of tears started to appear. Her body squirmed and moved but she couldn't escape from the hands exploring her armpits or squeezing her sides relentlesstly. Her feet had no better luck , a leather band covered in the inside with fluffy bristles facing her skin begin a round and round motion over the sole of her right foot, like an endless carousel with her sole right in the middle.

"HAHAHAHA OK! ENOUGH!! KYAHAHA T-TURN IT OFF! HAHAHAHA TEST TIME IS OVER! PLEASE TURN IT OFF!! HAHAHA URARAKAHAHAHAHA" Mei's laughter grew on intensity and volume, she was desperate to break free, however she had done a good job at making the restrains sturdy and immovable after applied. 

Her hands desperately shaked, her fingers stretched trying to reach the button above her, if she could reach it, she could break free from it, it was a few inches away from the tip of her gloves, she could almost touch it! .... Almost.... but almost wasn't enough, and no matter her biggest effort her hands just couldn't reach it, and to makes things worse the tickling at her armpits was making her whole body wiggle without much coordination.

When she thought things couldn't get any worse a buzzing sound filled the room and her eyes opened like plates,  her voice raised one last time and she laughter at the top of her lungs. "KYAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA NONONONO PLEASE PLEASE PLEHEHEEHEHEHASE! NOHOHOHOHOHOT LIKE THIHIHIHIHIS!"

It was the cherry on top, the final detail, since the toeties were holding her toes spread the space between them was free and effortlessly a group of brushes in both feet started dancing between her toes, the gaps between them turning into a mine of ticklish sensations, for the spinning brushes to exploit. every spin making her squeal and laugh harder but no matter how much she tried she couldn't move her feet at all, quickly turning into a silent laughter that quieted her pleads.

Meanwhile outside and ignoring every kind of beg for mercy coming from the inside, the girl who seemed to be Uraraka laughted as well, the big difference being she was laughing in delight of Mei's sittuation

"FUFUFUFU Thank you girl... I like your equipment, these "babies" of you are surely everything I need for my plans fufufu but don't worry I will make sure to keep your personal project a well hidden secret.... YOUR OWN Personal secret in fact" Added the girl suppose to be Ochako Uraraka while her eyes got a glimse of a golden tone.

She finally pushed a button, locking the chamber and muting any screams from the inside making it seem almost like a simple wall, and hiding the fact that behind it there was the VERY TICKLISH Inventor Mei Hatsume.

Well I am not a writter and English isn't my first language so please enjoy this little story and sorry for any mistake I could have made, this one took me a while and I may have done MANY grammar mistakes, or simply MANY MISTAKES but I feel inspired to writte something out of my usual description please bare with my cringy writting XD
