"Organization"  Owned Assets  "Aircraft"

Overview:

The "Organization" possesses a fleet of relatively large and high-performance business jets for conducting highly classified operations. Among these, the flagship aircraft include medium to large-sized jets, each utilized for the transportation of agents and dignitaries, as well as the conveyance of classified materials. This capability enables the execution of specialized confidential activities independent of the conventional transportation network.

Operational Approach:

These jet aircraft operate from carefully secured facilities, discreetly located away from conventional air routes and civil airports. Prior to takeoff, stringent surveillance and vigilance measures are implemented, with organization members assigned the responsibility of ensuring security in the vicinity of the aircraft. During flight, communications with air traffic control are encrypted, allowing the interpretation of transmitted information exclusively within the confines of the organization.

Camouflage and Concealment:

The exterior design and structure of the jet aircraft incorporate stealth technology aimed at minimizing radar wave reflections. This reduction in radar cross-sectional area (RCS) renders the aircraft less detectable by other airborne vehicles and ground-based radar systems. Furthermore, the aircraft is equipped with jamming devices that obstruct and interfere with surrounding electronic systems and communication equipment, effectively disrupting radar signals and communication attempts from hostile entities.

Pilots and Attendants:

The operation of the "Organization's" business jets is entrusted to a select group of members carefully chosen from within the organization. Instances arise where career members of the "Organization" undergo flight training. Moreover, there are cases where external individuals with relevant expertise (civilian pilots, military personnel from the air force, etc.) are "recruited and trained" to fulfill these roles. Aircraft designated for the use of dignitaries are accompanied by attendants. These attendants are skilled in adapting to various situations, ensuring safety and comfort within the aircraft and catering to a wide array of requests. Like many agents of the "Organization," both pilots and attendants possess proficiencies in combat, espionage, sexual activity, and various other fields.

Cargo Transportation:

The array of gadgets and equipment employed by "Organization" agents for missions are often cleverly concealed, often resembling commonplace electronic devices or information terminals. While it's feasible to utilize commercial airlines for transportation, the preference lies with using the "Oorganization's"  jet aircraft to maintain an uncompromised level of security. Additionally, clandestine cargo transport involves items that are difficult to move through conventional transportation networks, including transported individuals sourced from various locales.

『組織』所有資産「航空機」

概要

『組織』は高度な機密活動を行うため、比較的大型で高性能なビジネスジェットを複数所有している。その中でも主力機は、中型から大型のジェット機であり、各機は任務にあたるエージェントや要人の移動、機密物資の輸送などに使用されている。これにより、一般の交通網に依らない特殊な機密活動の遂行が可能となる。

運用方法

ジェット機は厳重なセキュリティ対策が施された、一般的な航空路線や民間空港から外れた秘密の飛行場を使用している。　離陸前には周囲の監視や警戒が徹底され、組織のメンバーが航空機周辺でのセキュリティを担当する。　飛行時には航空管制との通信は暗号化され、通信内容は組織内部でのみ解読できるようになっている。

偽装と隠蔽

ジェット機の外装や形状は、レーダー波を反射しにくくするステルス技術を導入しており、ジェット機のレーダー反射断面積（RCS）が低減され、他の航空機や地上のレーダーに検知されにくくなる。　さらに機体には周囲の電子システムや通信機器を遮断・干渉するジャミング装置を搭載しており、敵対勢力のレーダーや通信を妨害する。

パイロットとアテンダント

『組織』のビジネスジェットを運航するパイロットは組織内で厳選されたメンバーが担当する。　『組織』生え抜きのメンバーが飛行訓練を行なうケースや、『組織』外の人材（民間機のパイロット、空軍の軍人など）を”採用してトレーニング”するケースがある。　要人が利用する機体にはアテンダントが搭乗しており、彼らは機内を安全で快適に保つため、あらゆる要望に応えられるよう様々なシチュエーションへの適応力が求められる。　パイロットとアテンダントは、『組織』の多くのエージェントと同様に、戦闘、諜報活動、房中術など、様々な技術を有している。

貨物の輸送

『組織』のエージェントが使用するガジェットや任務のための各種装置は、一見すると電化製品や情報端末のように偽装したものが多く、民間の航空会社を利用しての輸送も可能ではある。　しかしながら、万全の機密体制を保持するために、組織のジェット機を利用しての輸送が推奨される。　その他、一般的な交通網では輸送しづらい物品等（各地で”調達”した一般人など）も秘密裏に輸送される。
