Well thats a nice start! With how slim this fellah is, it doesn't take much to start swelling out that midsection.  With only a couple minutes of inflation, he has already pushed that rubbery middle of his far past what most pokemon could even try!  Although I have a hunch this guy is only beginning ;3c
