How to install the Android port of the game (Patreon)

There’s something you have to do to make the game work on your phone.

1. Download both files on your phone.

2. Install the APK file, launch the game and allow the app to access your data. After the black screen and the warning about the app not being able to see the archive, it should close. Now let’s do the next step.

3. Transfer archive.0.3.5.rpa to this directory: Documents/RenPy_Saves/com.bloodyink.awifesphone/game. Make sure the path to the folder you’ve transferred the archive to is correct. You don’t need root permissions to do that. Make sure that the archive is named 'archive.0.3.5.rpa'

4. Now you can launch the game you’ve installed and play.

You can find your saves in Documents/RenPy_Saves/com.bloodyink.awifesphone/, so you can transfer your saves, if you have them, to this folder, and they will work.

IMPORTANT: if you've already downloaded the Archive file, you DON'T NEED to do it again. Just download the APK file

I followed the directions and it works. I used File Manager+ and perhaps WinZip. I might have had to give file protection rights. The main file is security_keys.txt which is a key to access RenPy. The log.txt and upgraded.txt are benign.

It looks like a permission issue. Perhaps Android is newer than 09/20/23 and this won't work. I tried to navigate to the files and get "on the next page select 'Use this folder'. Which I got previously and did do. Today I find it locked and can only create a new Android/data/a.wife.phone. I loaded up the game and it still works. Perhaps for a future release I will delete the folder and drop a new key into a new folder. But I doubt I need to place a new key. If File Manager++ doesn't support this try another file mangling app. I've used FM++ for 20 years - perhaps another is worth trying - perhaps one tailored to Android.

I'm curious about the gallery though. It only store certain videos and pictures, even though I seen the material already. There were videos that dint show up in the gallery. I'm curious how it chooses what was saved.

This game has taken up a huge amount of my time and while I have enjoyed the main theme of the game, that is cuckholding, corruption and BBC, I found that the sheer amount of bugs to be a major turn-off. At this point I have explored every option and path, and have come to a dead stop all along the way due to bugs that prevented a particular event to occur. And those events are critical to advancing the plot in other paths.

Also, there is a disconnect between the person's statistics and their actions. Take Valerie, for example. All of her stats are "maxxed". She is having sex with multiple characters and yet, she still pulls back from "cheating". Why? She's been cheating on her husband since the very beginning. Some of that has been with his consent and with his encouragement. But even with him telling her that it was okay, that it turned him on, she still hesitates. And the reverse is true of the MC. He actively encourages his wife to cheat, to have sex with as many other men as possible, and constantly whines about the fact that she is having sex with other men. He's a cuckhold. That's what turns him on the most. So why doesn't he just embrace it and encourage his wife to have sex with other men in their home so he can be part of the fun?

I seem to have an issue where none of the videos play. I can play the game and I can open photos, but if it's a video the screen goes blank until I tap away or back out.

So, I've gotten to Step 16 in the Cuck path when you Don't add your wife to the app. It's telling me to progress other branches. Which ones are those? I seem to be stuck otherwise.
