Here are all the Abishai from Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes now printed and painted! I'm really happy with the paint jobs on each :-D You can find the full files in the MTOF folder under Devils and in the links below

It's a bit later, but thank you for the removing swords tip. They're the bane of FDM! Adventurers are much harder than monsters, as it turns out, høhø

What kind of supports do you used while printing these?

These were in resin so thin supports while they were tilted back 45 degrees.

How do you remove the pockmarks left from supports? I'm new to resin and try to used as few supports as possible.

I carefully snip them off and use a jeweler sanding stick for areas that look messed up. Some I just deal with cuz it adds texture though.

I'm still using the photon printers free software. Any recommendations on an upgrade? if

I've started using Chitubox for my resin printer. It's been a great experience so far, the supports are much better than the software that came with my printer. I believe it has an inbuilt profile for the Anycubic Photon. https://www.chitubox.com

Any tips for printing on my Ender 3? I've had the Black Abishai fail on me 3x already.

2021-11-07 23:05:13 This is a challenge for an FDM. I recommend removing the swords in Blender and just printing the body after exporting it as its own stl. Then print the swords seperately and just squeeze them into his hands. Your support game needs to be strong for this, so printing as is should work, but printing him on his back will work too. Use the tips Danny has in this video on support tweaking too: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QaE7YPvh4E8&feature=youtu.be&fbclid=IwAR3NFASoh7MLpv_GTzKZzLywa1Hziqyk7PwgOmQ03uwH5-TvotsyFLLsCgQ

I printed him at 150% upright and fully intact. I used a slightly tweaked Siepie profile with line supports, roof, floor, raft.
