Request Board Model: Pharblex Spattergoo! (Patreon)

I don't plan on tackling Tyranny of Dragons any time soon since the majority of the creatures in it are in the Monster Manuel. But on the occasion when I get a request for a specific NPC I'll post it in the new "Tyranny of Dragons" folder that I set up in the Share Drive.
