Hey folks! So I've added images to about 95% of the files in the Share Drive so things should be a little easier to identify. Its not perfect as some things I don't have images of and would need to render one by one which would take a while, but your images that you've sent have been super helpful and I think its a solid collection. 

If anything is still hard to identify please let me know and I'll do a quick render to help make things easier :-)

Question for you guys. Folks in the higher tiers contribute more usually because they just want to go above and beyond, but given the chances of winning a drawing every month is low the more folks join I feel I should add another benefit to the higher tiers. I feel bad I can't just make models for everyone every month, given my other responsibilities to my wife, the Army, my civi job etc, but there might be something I can do to make it even more worthwhile. 

So do you guys have any ideas you'd like to share to make the higher tiers more valuable? The tier specific polls for new models are one fun idea (that I need to do soon for this month ;-) ) Any perks you've see on other Patreon pages you think would be reasonable? You've all been wonderfully helpful with my effort so this will only make this experience even more engaging. Share your ideas here and hey, if its fine the way it is, that's ok too.

here is one i found interesting that might entice people "$15 or more per game/model – In addition to getting everything in the previous tiers you may also freely sell any 3d-printed versions of our designs (including those that we sell on our storefront) as long as you're pledged at this level. This waives the "Non-Commercial" stipulation attached to our designs, though we would still like attribution in text on your Etsy, eBay, or similar storefront posts where applicable, and the item must be a finished, 3d-printed product (not a re-sale of a digital file)."

If you go with a poll, every tier should be able to vote, but higher tiers should get more votes.

Here's an idea. In place of one monthly model we could do a higher tier only poll to see what the community as a whole would like to see made. This way you don't field as many individual requests, but the community still feels like they are getting something they collectively asked for.

Hmm that's a good idea, but a lot of the things I create are intellectual property that I'm only allowed to post for free online. However, the items that I can sell that are not intellectual property could be sold by other people. But the problem with that is those files are already posted on Thingiverse, and you can do whatever you want with the stuff posted there as its already creative commons attribution. So yeah, this is a very good idea, but it wouldn't work in my special situation. Thank you for this idea though. I really do appreciate this feedback.

First, thank you for your service. My suggestion might not fit entirely into what you were thinking, but maybe you could figure out how to make it happen. I would love you see a tutorial video series on how to model minis. Start with the basics, like what software/hardware to use and how to create basic shapes and images. From there go gradually more detailed, perhaps each lesson building upon the previous sessions. I have watched some of your live streams and am impressed with how you can build these beautiful models from nothing, I would love to learn how to make models as well. As for how it could fit into the tier structure, maybe lower tier subs would have access to the live streams, while higher tier subs could have access to the live streams and the recorded videos. I'm currently a @5/mo sub, but I would gladly pay more for access to something like that.

So I do post my tutorials already on Youtube, but its not structured at all like how you suggested. <a href="https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCY7ofRZhoNSuLhonqgXPgKA?view_as=subscriber" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCY7ofRZhoNSuLhonqgXPgKA?view_as=subscriber</a> That's not a bad idea, but currently anyone can watch my stuff on Twitch when I stream and anyone can see my tutorials. Making it for only patrons on certain tiers isn't a bad idea, but given its already out there for people do do as they wish it'd feel a little mean to just pull it down and make it just for patrons. But a more structured format on my modeling and printing is still a solid idea. I'm going to use what you said here and try to link it more to my patrons somehow. I'll need to brain storm on how to proceed before I make another video. Good stuff though thank you for sharing this idea.

Basically just stoked on the models. Honestly, the requests are probably a distraction, more than anything I just want Mordenkainen's to happen, which I imagine is in the cards one way or another, and I'm just happy to support it.

Hey thanks friend. And yeah Mordenkainen's is coming for sure. Just gotta get past Tomb of Annihilation, which is also something I and many have wanted for some time. However I'll make a post soon for each tier to put in requests for what to have in the next poll. I'm sure some folks will chime in on monsters from that book.

perhaps a runner up for each month and every 3 months you pick one of them and give the same as if they won ?

I was thinking more about this randomly and had a idea you could do a "finish my model" contest were you select a model and people have a month to submit their finished print ( finished painted based etc ) you pick the finalist we vote for winner, you can either give them a prize like a sculpt ask or just make being the winner and you posting it could be the prize
