Why did we make Czepeku Scenes? For one, it's really fun to reimagine our maps from the perspective of players actually fighting there!

But in a more practical sense, the majority of GMs now play using Virtual Tabletops rather than in-person and it can be really hard to keep players from getting distracted.

We know you want everyone on the edge of their seat, as if it's a session of Critical Role, suspended in the tense narrative... and that's just really hard.

We've heard from tons of professional GMs who use our maps and scenes that having something up on the screen outside of battle helps players stay engaged instead of tab switching or Discord scrolling. And we hope the beautiful art helps you do the same!

Lair of the Many Eyed God

Currently the $5 tier offers animated versions and VTT modules. These will be moving to the $10 tier. But for all current patrons will be locked into the $5 subscription price (Blade Wielder), including those who sign up before midday (PST) on Monday the 4th.

So, if you're interested in becoming a Scenes Supporter now is the time to sign up! It's a lifetime permanent 50% off. This is the last post about it, we promise. :)

Secret Sailor Lair

Can't imagine it? / Not sure what Czepeku Scenes even is? They're cinematic paintings designed to help you, as a GM, in roleplaying. Each one matches one of our battlemaps, so that you can play out a narrative section and lead into the epic battle scenario before revealing the map itself.

We try to make sure the scenes accurately depict the map, so that you can point to it and say 'the orc horde is descending from the mountain here and your party is behind the rocks over here' so that the visual is clearer before going to the tactical top-down vision.

You can see a playlist of the animated versions HERE.

And browse the gallery of Scenes on the website HERE.

Floating Market

The scenes in this post are some of our favourites so far, the ones we're really proud of, so we wanted to share them with you. Right click to download them. :) There's 50 packs now on the Patreon, so take a look through the gallery on the website and see if any grab you. We hope they'll give your players something to immerse themselves whilst you weave your beautiful tale.

(Similar to Frey's question) For those that signed up pre-launch to the "Blade Wielder - Promo" tier and have stayed with you, will that 'promo' tier be treated the same as a standard Blade Wielder tier for retained access to the VTT and animated scenes?

Love you're content! Im curious, as a AlchemyRPG kickstarter backer and someone who grabbed the HumbleBundle Alchemy VTT Bundle how many of the scenes available on Patreon should I already expect to have is there a easy way to know/compare what content I dont already have like the variations/etc?

I'll double check this for you as the honest answer is I can't remember! Although I'm fairly sure it's less than 10 scene packs, and we've released 50 scene modules now so you'll roughly have an additional 40 packs and 800 variations that wouldn't be included.
