Hi everyone :)

Here's our first scene release of 2024! This is the Fortified Dam!

We thought this would make for a pleasant, peaceful scene. Perhaps a calm before the storm? Your players could enjoy a nice picnic with a view of the dam above, taking in the sights and sounds around them. Meanwhile, bandits could be mounting an attack from above, attempting to destroy the dam and wash away the town below. Will you notice them sneaking around the parapets up in the distance? Roll for perception!

The music in the preview is 'Shape Water' from our good friend Will Savino at Music d20.

Have you thought about including ruined variants into your scenes? My players are deep into a jungle trek to an ancient city, and I would love to use a number of these (the Couatl temple, the Hanging Gardens, this Fortified Dam) if I could make them look a bit decayed over time. I'm sure this would be trickier than a variant to (for example) overlay rain. But thought I'd check since I could imagine a ruined variant would hugely increase the applicability / flexibility of a number of these scenes!
