The Future of my Patreon (Changes + Reworks) (Patreon)

So, moving forward, I want to get my drawing back on track.

I've decided to accomplish that I am going to rework my Patreon a bit. I really want to catch up on all my outstanding work, to make this a worthwhile Patreon for all supporters and to stop missing deadlines and delaying rewards.

Part of fixing that is by being as honest as I can with you and setting realistic goals that I feel I can deliver on going forward. So I'll be reworking and updating all the info on Patreon page and reward tiers text to reflect all this stuff over the next couple of days.

Early Access:

I want to offer value to patrons, but I also don't want to lock everything behind a paywall. Going forward all my pieces will be posted to Patreon first and roughly 2 - 4 weeks later will be posted to my social media galleries, this way supporting patrons get the benefit of seeing my work early.

Voting:

I always planned on having monthly votes that all patrons could participate in, this way the community could choose characters and themes for me to draw, but since starting Patreon I've always been behind on my art queue, so much so that I've only been about to do 1 poll so far. So instead of advertising polls and failing to deliver on them, I think it's best to retire voting for now. When I'm producing content regularly again monthly voting will return, I promise.

Content Amount:

I want to set a realistic goal for the amount of drawings I do per month for you all, ideally I'd love to be finishing and posting stuff everyday but I know I can't deliver on that right now xD So I'm gonna set a goal of 4 finished pieces a month for the moment. I feel 1 finished drawing a week is easily doable and it's not too much that I might fall behind on rewards again. In the future I'll increase the amount of finished drawings I produce as I get more energy and feel more comfortable drawing again.

Future Goals:

There are still loads of things I’d love to add to this Patreon, but for now my goal is to keep it simple and realistic. When I feel I can cope a little more I’d like to add: drawstreams, voting, tutorials, and time lapse videos.

A message to all my Patrons:

First off, thank you so much for your support over the months, it has meant so much to me, seriously I don't know where I’d be without your support. I am so sorry for letting you down with content and rewards. I want everyone to know you will receive all outstanding rewards packs you are owed this month, I promise.

I know I’ve lost a lot of patrons over the last months, and I’m sure a lot of current patrons are probably very upset, angry and/or extremely disappointed by how my Patreon has been going. I just want to apologize again to you.

I expect some of you might be worried about me falling behind on content again, and I can completely understand those concerns. So the best thing I can suggest for anyone still worried might be to delete their pledge and rejoin later when I’ve proven that I’m making art regularly again. You will still be able to see all my art on my social medias galleries, and be able to see how much art I’m putting out in the future.

I know I’ve let down all of you down and I’m sorry for that, so I’ll do my best to make it up to you all <3 Thank you.
