You know, I think I remember Sonic's world being referred to as "Mobius" in the instruction manual for the original genesis game, so it actually IS canon to the games. Then again the original Sonic CD manual mistakenly called Amy Rose "Princess Sally" so we can't just say everything in the old manuals is right...

You know what? I actually looked it up and could find no reference to the name of Sonic's world in those manuals, guess I confused it with one of my old kids books which was based on the SATAM cartoon, BUT I WAS right about the original Sonic CD manual calling Amy Sally so I didn't have a TOTAL Mandala effect.
