great reaction! lol this song was such a cultural reset for orbits (loona fans) and stan twitter in general. prior to this song, the "loona sound" was pretty different. there's also a lot of red in this video because it's kim lip's representative color (you might also see an owl in the mv, which is her representative animal). colors are pretty prominent for early odd eye circle!

okay so to answer your questions. u really gotta to see the Avengers of Kpop a story of Loona. you will get a complete 360 opinion on everything Loona going forward and a deeper appreciation. everything in Loona is connected by Lore. each member is strongly represented by a color and animal. Lips color is red as you see in her MV. her debut solo MV marks her color and if u watch closely her animal is revealed - the owl. each member MV has lore u just have to look for it. the Lore gets stronger as more members are revealed. KimLip is #6. in Loona just seeing a certain color or animal already depicts a member. its a running joke but when Orbits see members dressed in a certain color or carry a certain stuffed animal all hell breaks loose. lol Loona does things for a reason. the white borders i believe represents OEC as they are in between earth and the cosmos and if u watch the moon intro at the very beginning its a certain color and the swipe goes a certain way to represent who and where we are in the Loonaverse. brah- its deep but above all just ENJOY the MUSIC and girls are the most genuine… 🤙

boy groups hit differently - compare Loona to any girl group in the same year. lastly if you pay close attention to the comments in the comment section for anything Loona ARTMS Loossemble you will notice hearts in a certain color and various animal emojis cause they represents the members - 🤙 ex 🦉❤️

honestly the budget for oec was kinda $5 and a dream lol they used a projector for kim lips album too haha. this was definitely a predebut song

i feel like the company making solos for 12 girls within 2 years while also making 3 subunits debut all within those 2 years is bound to end up with a lower budget than other groups active at the time. eclipse sounds HEAVENLY live tho. anyways, i love your reactions! you always keep things real!

btw about the white/black borders in MVs in addition to being part of lore, they were also a HUGE trend in 3rd gen kpop. for instance, look at SM entertainment MVs around the time.
