This was the first drawing I started during my recent Picarto stream. It was an all request stream and one of the folks in the chat requested that Izzy Moonbow couldn't drive 55. So I did her pulled over by Hitch Trailblazer, and she's still singing the song Link while Hitch is forced to write her up for speeding.
