An untapped market (Patreon)

One of the requests from last night's Picarto stream. The theme was Halloween and someone asked for me to draw an anthropomorphic version of Nightmare Rarity from the IDW MLP comic. Link 

     Nightmare Rarity is one of those characters who on several occasions I've thought. I should draw a picture of her sometime....and then promptly forgot about it. So last night I decided. Sure, why not. Folks might like it.

      I had only been drawing the character for a minute or so when I noticed I already had 3 time stamp messages on Twitter offering to buy it. All 3 had the same time stamp on them. Overall I got 6 requests for this piece last night. 

      As I kept working on the drawing Petina spoke up in my head. 

      "I do believe, that this is an untapped market. You might want to think about doing a few more pieces of her in the future."

      One thing I will note is that shading her mane and tail took some time. Nightmare Night, Mane-iac, Nightmare Rarity, any of the supernaturally powerful pony villains have had huge manes and taills!
