I forgot to mention this earlier when I first watched the reactions but I hadn't paid attention to the how well the Zuko-Aang fight choreography was done until Ange pointed it out. I just chalked it up to great animation but after watching the full series I think it was purposefully choreographed that way for narrative purposes too. Also Ange being Team Aang gives me so much joy (not for the shipping per se but just in general) He's my absolute favourite character in this show too, it's so hard not to love him!
