"I want to be a doctor!" exclaimed a young Heather when asked by her grandfather on what she wanted to be when she grew up.

Looking back, it was simply out of curiosity. Aside from Nana Willow, the old vet down the road, there was no one Heather could've looked up to; one whom people could say became her inspiration in the small town of Cape Condor.

Still, at such a young age, Heather was passionate about this dream of hers. Whether she even knew what a doctor was during that time? No one knows.

She studied to the best of her abilities, but such small towns have limits. It was time for her to expand her horizons and seek a much better avenue to further her abilities and skill.  Being admitted to Ablesmith Academy was a huge leap for this country girl. It was where she saw that even though she was the best in her town, the world was simply a much larger place, and the inevitable truth? There will always be someone who's better.

For years, Heather struggled to adjust to the way the city works. Her once passionate flame was now nothing more than a flicker, desperately doing its best not to burn out completely. The stresses of the city worn her down, and she started considering heading back to Cape Condor for good.

Through it all, she met a friend who helped her and supported her along the way. A friend who made her realize that she doesn't have to be what everyone expects her to be, since she's already who she was meant to be. A friend who made her realize that despite the fact that there are bigger fish out in the sea, it doesn't mean we're helpless and powerless against them... For the biggest flames start of with a single spark.

Today, after a horrible twist of events that unfolded, Heather finds herself back to where it all began. The demons she spent years to get rid off were now replaced with demons that hounded her with every step she took. Memories that haunted her for her choices which led to countless deaths, and which will lead to countless more.  Her passion, despite the countless trials she faced, now burns brighter than ever.

But like every flame unattended, it all still ends with ashes and dust.
