To deliver subpoenaed documents, normally one's lawyer would send it to the other lawyer using a legal courier service. That's a service that caters to the law biz, not the opposite if an illegal courier service.

I don't think she was. She was asked about whether or not Jesus held the same views as those she had already been talking about, and answered by quoting a bible passage that Dr. King also used to come to that conclusion, and presenting it as Dr. King having made that connection.
