Better news, everyone! (Patreon)

So, it's not quite as bad as I first thought. I still lost all the most recent NSFW stuff, including everything I had for season two. All scripts for both NSFW and MotI are still gone as well, however... there's some good news, I suppose.

First, I had a backup of the NSFW assets from around early week 9.5, so I should have all the major players I need, though I'll probably need to update them a bit. Still, better than I thought.

Also, I updated my graphic drivers and HS2 now actually runs better than it did on the old computer. That puts Masters of the Island in pretty good shape, with just having lost what I had written for day 2 as well as several ideas for the future.

Production is still going to be slow for a bit due to having to pack, so I'll be picking at things here and there. Right now I'm working on repacking the Day 1 release of Masters of the Island to make things easier on myself in the future. This will mean that you'll need to either download the new version when it's done and play through it again to set your save, or just wait for Day 2 to be done and download that and play through from the start. Hopefully this is the only time you'll have to do that.

I did a first pass on a couple more characters, but due to the outfit one of them is wearing, I can't actually post any shots in a public post, so they'll be available in the usual extra shots post for mid-carders and higher.

The character in question is once Sister Mary, now Mother Mary. The one I can show here is less exciting, but new is new, so here's Benzo Kaine:

He'll be around to offset some of the craziness going on in the medical department and I look forward to playing him off of the others. Every lunatic needs a straight-man, right?
