Chuggin' along now... kinda. (Patreon)

I finished up the second class and transitional scene to the third. I also finished making the location for the third class which was... one of the dumbest processes I've ever managed to pull off.

Basically, I found a map I liked the look of, but I needed to remove things inside the room. I did that and found that, for some reason, the shadows of the objects I disabled were still visible on the walls and floor. So... I put new walls up in front of the old ones, as well as the ceiling so the color matched, then did the same thing with the floor. The result? I had created a room were the only original assets left were the door and light fixtures in the ceiling. I could have just made a freaking box on my own...

Anyway, that's done and the third class is ready to be posed and captured. I've got the first pass of it mostly written, but parts of it may change along the way. I also managed to get Jacky and Sarah made, so let's take a look!

First up is Jacky. I didn't like the way any of the shaved or bald heads looked, so I let her hair grow out a bit...

Sarah proved to be more of a challenge, which I didn't expect. This was due pretty much entirely to her tattoos. They looked like pixelated garbage when I tried to transfer them over from KK, and I gave up looking for suitable replacements after two hours of searching through images. In the end I opted to use another tattoo overlay I had found and went full rockabilly tats with her, similar to Penelope...

I'll be posting some pics highlighting her tattoos, as well as a couple of more pictures of Jacky for those at mid-carder and higher. Also note that those aren't her regular clothes, I just haven't made those yet since this is what she'll be making her first appearance in.

I should also mention that I went back and "finalized" the scenes I had done by adding the music and sound effects to them. There's still a few things I need to fix and add for them to be totally complete, but they're basically 95% done. In addition, I chose and implemented the fonts I'll be using and I removed the text box for the time being. I might add the option to have it back in, but I'm using outlined fonts to remove the need for it. There are images where it's a bit harder to read than others, but I don't think it's ever actually difficult to read.

One last thing: after I finish up the third class scene, the next big project is the final scene of the first day. Before I start to tackle that, I'm going to put out a new one-off in the Masters of the Ring timeline. There's been a poll up for fan-favorites and higher to decide which of three ideas will be the one to see the light of day first. If you can vote but haven't yet, there's still time as I won't be starting on it for a day or two. At the moment, taking into account the votes on both Patreon and SubscribeStar, option two is ahead by only two votes, so make sure you get your votes in!

As for whether or not it will be a public one-off, that depends on what wins. None of them is truly important to the story linking seasons, but one of them is about a fairly significant cosmetic change to a member of the commentary team, so if that is the one that wins, it will be public. If one of the other two wins, it will be exclusive to fan-favorites and higher.
