Still merging (Patreon)

I'm up to Week 7 on the merger front. Week 6 caused me a bit of trouble as I made a decision that was going to cause me a ton of extra work, then was considering making another decision which would have given me like 6 months of extra work, then I started to get the same feeling I got when I was struggling with the Christmas special, so I made yet another decision to undo all previous decisions and just get this shit done.

Unfortunately, I wasted a chunk of time with my first decision and had to go back and undo the changes I had made, so... yeah. Basically what it all adds up to is the fact that I came up with a new way of "presenting" images and text that should make everything flow a bit smoother, but I'll introduce that into the future projects instead of going back and basically re-coding almost the entire damn game.

So, yeah... back to merging things the normal way. There's still plenty of work to be done, but not nearly what I almost made for myself. Perhaps it's time for a bit of a distraction...
