Quisties Trepe from Final Fantasy VIII was the poll winner of last fan art poll. She has a whip and she knows how to use it, presumably in multiple ways. Final Fantasy uses a lot of interesting clothing, and aside from the complex outfit some of her gear is shiny leather.
